Model SLB Nitrogen Inerted Process Chambers

Our small, portable process chambers are convenient and easy to use. Place your coated product inside the chamber, expose to UV radiation, and see the benefits of nitrogen inerted UV curing immediately.

Available in several standard sizes, with a hinged lid for quick sample or product placement, and are used in process development labs and production settings.

UV conveyors - place on the in-feed of the conveyor and under the UV curing system
UV flood lamps - place under the UV flood lamp to achieve the required UV dosage
UV spot cure - expose through the quartz glass, can be used with a robotic XY table
UV exposure chambers - place in the chamber and expose

Model SLB-05-08H

The low height of .82" (20.8mm) fits the in-feed of most lab UV conveyors.

Loosen the (8) lid retaining screws using the provided hex wrench, and rotate the upper half back. Place the coated product in the chamber, drop the lid back and lightly tighten the captive screws.

Model SLB-10-14

Undo the two quick release clamps, and lift lid until the prop swings into place. Lower the lid slightly to engage the prop, then place the coated product in the chamber. Lift lid, push the prop out of the way, lower the lid, and latch. Connect the nitrogen supply to the quick disconnect, and flush for about a minute. Disconnect and run the SLB under the UV lamp.
